Security / Browser Compatibility / Technology:
For improved browsing security, this version of EasyGypsy is designed with HTML5, CSS3 and as much up-to-date web technology as possible, including Cloud Servers and SSL/HTTPS. As a result, this site performs better on newer browser versions.
For security reasons, Profile-Editing is locked for 45 days after any purchase. Buyer will not be able to edit and change email address or other pertinent data while profile is locked. Therefore, before any purchase, please make sure that the email and other crucial data you have with EasyGypsy are correct, valid and safe/private.
Return / Refund Policy:
Order cancellation is possible with a 100% refund ONLY if the item requires shipping and has not yet been shipped, and the order-cancellation is done within 24 hours after the purchase.
For Shippable or 'Pick-Up-In-Person' items, if order-cancellation is done after 24 hours after purchase, you'll be charged a 10% re-stocking fee, and only given a 90% refund, (provided item has not been shipped or picked up).
Shipping Fee is non-refundable if item has been shipped.
FREE Items are definitely non-refundable, if already shipped or downloaded.
There's no order-cancellation or refund for downloads; however, if the file is corrupt, it will be replaced for you, and only if it can't be replaced for you will a 100% refund be issued.
Items Picked-Up In Person are sold 'As-Is' --- thus, there's no refund for items that have been picked-up in person, but a 100% refund is possible only if order-cancellation is done within 24 hours after the purchase, as long as the item has not yet been picked-up.
The return or refund window for shipped items is 30 days after the order (or verifiable ship date, or verifiable delivery date). You'll be charged a 20% restocking fee even if you return the item in original condition within the return window.
You will be provided the address to ship back to if necessary.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping, and it is not re-imbursed by EasyGypsy or the Seller. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the item is shipped back with a verifiable shipping system, insured, trackable and well packaged.
Refund will not be issued if item returns damaged. If the item was damaged when you received it, take a picture of it and send/email to EasyGypsy before sending the item back.
Refund will not be issued for a returned item that never makes it back to EasyGypsy or the Seller (whichever return address was provided to you), within the 30-day return window, or if lost in transit; (a post-mark or mailing receipt indicating a mail-back date within the 30-day window is acceptable).
Before you ship back any item to EasyGypsy or the Seller, first get a Return Confirmation Number from EasyGypsy, else the return will not be honored, and thus no refund, if any, will be issued to you.
After the refund window, money may be paid to the Seller, and reverting the sale won't be easy anymore, (and may not even be possible).
Affiliate Program:
EasyGypsy™ has a simple but very rewarding Affiliate Program.
No Affiliate application or approval process required --- you're automatically enrolled the first time you login to EasyGypsy™.
In the Control Panel, when you scroll down, you'll see your up-to-the-minute Affiliate Report. You'll also see the link you'd need to share with family and friends in a legal, safe and respectful manner, and/or place on free Classified Ads, where permissible.
Spamming or Violating peoples sharing policies will result in a disqualification of your Affiliate membership, and any accrued/unpaid commission canceled and not paid to you.
For now, the EasyGypsy™ Affiliate Program is only one level deep --- that is to say, no multi-level downlines. This, however, may change in the future if convenient.
Affiliate Commissions may be applied toward your own purchases on EasyGypsy™. However, how to use it to discount your own purchases has not been worked out yet --- we're working on it. (For now, commissions will not be sent to you monetarily --- in the future, maybe.)
You get 2% of all Orders from your sign-up referrals, and
You get 1% of all Sales by your sign-up referrals too, and
You get 1% of all Your Own purchases also,
(minus the shipping fees and taxes, if any).
This percentage may also change in the future; time will tell.
Also, to commemorate Joan Of Arc's birthday (January 6th, 1412), and the day she was burned at the stake as a Witch (May 30th, 1431), and in gratitude for Dr. Isis Day's inspiration (born June 24th), January 6th to January 12th, and May 30th through the whole month of June, will attract an additional 1% referral commission on Purchases Only, whether by self or referrals.
If for any reason a purchase is canceled, the commission for that purchase will no longer show in your Affiliate Reports; and if it's already been paid to you, it will be deducted from your future earnings or PayPal® may be requested to revoke the payment, depending on the amount.
As of now, a referral lasts for only six months; after six months of being your referral, the person is dropped off your list of referrals, and no more commission comes from that person to you. That is to say, a visitor who signs up via your link for buying or selling will always be tied to your account for a six-month period.
In other words, whenever your referral makes a sale or purchase on EasyGypsy™, you will get the commission, no matter which other link he/she visits from after signing up through you, as long as it's still within six months from sign-up.

If You Don't Have PayPal™ In Your Country:
EasyGypsy™ has not yet figured out how to pay money for sales or affiliate commissions to people in Countries without PayPal™. Your earnings will be 'saved' for you in the meantime until the details have been worked out --- you will be notified if/when you need to know.
IRS:
EasyGypsy™ may report all pay-outs to IRS, depending on the total amount per annum; (the details have not yet been worked out too --- you will also be notified if/when you need to know).
As of now, all monetary payments would only be done through PayPal®. Therefore, not only is it imparative that you have a PayPal™ account, it's also crucial that it be a 'Verified' account. EasyGypsy reserves the right to withhold/delay payments if Seller's PayPal™ account does not meet some basic security requirements.
EasyGypsy retains 25% (twenty-five-percent) of gross sales (plus sales tax, if applicable), which includes/covers the transaction fees charged by PayPal™, and Affiliate Pay-Outs; Seller gets 75% (seventy-five-percent) of gross sales (minus sales tax, if applicable).
From time to time, EasyGypsy will offer promotional Discounts & Commissions to the buyers & Affiliates/Promoters; by selling through EasyGypsy, Seller agrees with the application/deduction of such discounts/commissions to/from the sale of Seller's items.
Items are to be shipped with a tracking number. After shipping, email EasyGypsy™ the mailing service used, and the tracking number, so that buyer may be notified that item has shipped.
